Say no


Say no” is a very powerful statement. Don’t tell people what they want to hear but what you actually feel. Place boundaries and protect your peace regardless of what people may say.

Respect yourself enough to know what you want and listen to your needs. The right people will understand and you will be stronger for it.

It’s not always easy to put a stop sign in front of people because of peer pressure or anxiety, however, doing it helps you fight for yourself and your needs.

Eventually, through practice, saying no to people won’t feel like such a weight on your shoulders but an actual normal thing to do.

It’s healthy to set your boundaries and protect them. Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.
