Show yourself how much you can depend on who you’ve become

on

As we approach the end of the year, I can’t help but reflect constantly on the person I’ve become in the past twelve months and I hope you can take a minute of your day to do the same for yourself as we slowly reach the end of 2022.

This year has been about growth, evolution and getting a lot of things wrong but also learning from them and finding a way to take that forward without diminishing my accomplishments. I will talk more about this closer to the time, but I see 2023 and the end of this year as the perfect time to show myself how much I can depend on the person I’ve become in the past few months.

If you’ve gone through a period of change recently as well, you know how many challenges you’ve encountered along the way. The setbacks, the disappointments, and the fear of not succeeding perhaps make you feel like no one understands what you’re going through but, there is someone that understands…you.

You know the exact ups and downs you’ve had, you’ve seen yourself fall and rise and you’ve been there for it all, the good, the bad even the worst. You’ve been the one to experience everything and by going through it all you’ve become strong and able to support yourself through the darkest of times. You’ve become the person you need in order to succeed.

So, take a moment today. Look back at the last 12 months and acknowledge who you’ve become so when the time comes you can show yourself how much you can really depend on the person you are today. Show yourself you’ve become the rock you need, the pillar of strength you wanted and be thankful for all that positive change.

Celebrate your journey and show yourself some extra love. You’ve done great this year and next year is just another opportunity to showcase it.
