There is no shame in getting lost at times and realising we’ve been walking along the wrong path. We can always mend our way to the wanted destination but the first step towards that is admitting that we’re not in the right place.
You can restart, reset and refocus as often as you want to reach your goal. There isn’t a rule on how many times you’re allowed to do this, there is just you and your mindset. No one can tell you what to do or how many times you’re allowed to try something, it’s up to you.
When you get lost don’t blame yourself, and don’t give yourself a hard time because it will only make you feel worse about the situation. Instead, take a proactive approach and look for solutions, reset yourself and refocus on your goal and what you want to achieve. We spend far too much time on blaming someone for a mistake or a bad situation instead of putting that energy towards solving it.
Blaming, moping around, and making ourselves miserable won’t solve anything but getting back up and confronting the problem head-on will. Being honest with ourselves about our mistakes will help us get closer to where we want to be. So, just take your time to reset and refocus on the right things, you will thank yourself later.
